My 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT died this April at 330,000 miles, after I drove it up a really steep incline while loaded probably way past its limits... (engine main bearings went).
I got the van at 170,000 miles and used it for work (drove for Uber) and did all the work on it myself.
Can't say I didn't get my money's worth out of it... (and I'd be embarrassed to put here how much I got it for, it was such a steal...)
I was planning to keep it running to 600,000 - but I guess I'll have to do that with something else now, maybe my current 2018 one... :)

Maybe in your dreams... it will die much faster than the old one ;)

You might be very correct there...
I had a 1988 DGC that was done at 432,000 Km and a 2002 T&C that was almost done at 300,000 Km... I am not sure the 2016 DGC will last longer than the 2002... the newer they are, the quality goes down and the prices up because of the newest toys... more reasons for repairs down the road...

My 2003 T&C has 140,880 miles, it was my grandmothers car before I got it. Gotta say, it handles nicely but I do have some concerns I'll list elsewhere.

Just hit 289K miles last week on our 01 DGC EX. She's only driven to work now because of Covid-19. My wife is working from home and kids e-learning from home too. We would have been well over 300K by now. She still drives great though.

Wow can't believe the van is at 180,000 Kms now.Only 20,000 kms to go until the big 200,000 kms. Seems just like yesterday I bought the van. Is their any thing that I should be on a look out for at this point?

Also whats the current mileage on your 4th gen?

Embarrassed, why?

I got my 2017 DGC with less than 2000 miles for little under $8,000.00.

My 2012 Town and Country for under $5,000.00 back on 2014.

Well, I now know who to get to buy my next car for me. ****, and I though I was decent at negotiating. :p

I think LEVY bartered, using smoked wild hogs, for the vehicle. The vehicle is doomed though. Even had ice drop out of the sky and smash its windshield. What are the odds of that happening to your vehicle? :alien:

It may have a bullet hole, or two, in it as well. :)
