Reviving an older thread to see if this problem was ever resolved. Because my 2013 T&C with less than 20k miles has always had the dull clunk coming from the front suspension. Mostly on the passenger side too.
I've taken it to the dealer and even drove around with a tech but for whatever reason the noise was seemingly quieter from the passenger seat. Nonetheless the ride ended before we could hear or pinpoint any noise. I'm really getting bored of the noise though and it would sure be nice to hear someone definitely say how they solved theirs.....
Hi Katoom,

Sorry to hear about this! If you end up deciding to revisit your local dealership I'd be happy to offer assistance if needed. Just send us a PM with your VIN and let me know.

Just updating the thread in case anyone's looking for similar solutions... After "self diagnosing" the noise on my van as coming from the right front area...and no longer going to the dealer who couldnt help, I took it to another dealer and went for a ride with the tech. He said he thought he heard/felt it so I left it with them. Low and behold it turns out the right strut tower was bad. Replaced and all is good.

I'm booked to get my 2017 looked at this coming Wednesday.
Mine started about 2 days after taking delivery of the GC back in May 2018 with 60km's on the clock.

It is the brake calipers rattling on all or some of the wheels. Add some amazing goop and rattle is gone.

We purchased a brand new 2015 T/C. I am hearing dull clunking noise while driving
mostly while driving over small bumps. It's what I call a typical Unibody noise where a slightly worn bushing can resonate throughout the vehicle. Without looking I am assuming that The noise sounds like it is possibly coming from the rear shocks or sway bar bushings. We recently had 2 loaner 2014 T/C vans and both made similar noises but they had close to 30k on them. Our van has less than 200 miles on it and it has made it since we took ownership of it. I am curious if others experienced this dull clunking sound with brand new vans?
I bought a brand new 2015 grand caravan also and within a mo was hearing that noise. Took it back to service and they claimed everything was good. 6 yrs later at 108k, i still hear it. I always suspected a rear shock component
