Because apparently fiat making a new platform which will base the dodge minivan and t&c crossover. At least a magazine said after interviewing fiat.

They also mentioned a Lancia minivan which is a heavily re-bodyworked Dodge and comes with the same engines and wheelbases (name has got to be Voyager/Grand Voyager), and a rebadged variant of this CUV.
