I have a 1998 Chrysler Town & Country LXI 3.8 The engine fuse in the PDC #17 cavity keeps blowing. What is on this circuit and where should I look for the cause of fuse blowing. Any help is appreciated, currently stranded.

Assuming you mean the fuse and relay center in the engine bay, beside the battery, it looks like it is the fuse for the auto shutdown relay (ASD).
Try to swap the asd relay with the horn, foglight or ac clutch relays to see if it is a relay issue.

Yup. It's the power feed to the output contacts of the ASD relay. When those contacts close they send power to the PCM, alternator, both O2 sensors, the fuel injectors and the ignition coil. I've read a couple of threads on different forums stating the O2 sensor wires had chaffed through and shorted to chassis ground blowing the fuse. That's one possibility but could be more.
